i booked 2 rooms- 2 families with 2 children one with 5 months old baby sea facing but so cald no sea facing its common balcony and sea is 200 mtr away, room which they gave initially was ac room & was stinking with cigrette smell . upon raising concern they spreyed room freshner but stll started stinking after 30 min could see cigrette ashes all over the bed & buds thrown in the room . they changed the room after esclating the issue. however all other rooms were the same no one to clean & all ashes & cig buds in the room. the lady from roseal hotels was very rude and adament . room was not even for bachelors stay it was pathetic worst. they will never refund the amount instead of the stinking & bad room experience . never recomend not even for bachelors . false statment of sea facing.
