The stuff is new and really don't know how they got this job. They asked us to cancel bokking.com booking and offered a discount. We didn't agree- still they cancelled the booking on the app. They just behave as if they are deaf when you ask them anything. Gyser was not working during our stay. One of them Yusuf -for no reason kept calling our personal no at midnight and continuously.
