"We didntget to stay as they cancelled the stay the hour of check in with no previous communication."

The hosts cancelled our stay the hour we were checking in. The gave us no pre warning. I rang multiple times and messaged them but with no response. I finally got hold of them when we were waiting to check in for them to tell us the house was already occupied
