The owner responds very quickly to any issues. I really liked that.

Lifts not working during load shading, and I did ask about that before I confirmed by booking.

I liked the flat, it was clean and well located for me to visit the hospital every day. I felt very safe there, the security was great!

There was not enough cutlery and no TV, which I didn't realise when I booked it. It wasn't too much of a problem as I had my tablet and it has free wi-fi.
