Location is easily accessible and closer to the shops

1. It was difficult to get hot water from the instant heater shower head and this was not adressed in good time 2. Host takes their time to respond to queries 3. The place was not ready for check in when I arrived despite notifying the host my expected arrival time. I found cleaners still in the apartment and towels/clothing thrown around the space 4. Dusty closets, need better cleaning 5. Small nail from the bottom part of the bed and exposed electric wires on the shower head pose a safety concern
