Stylish Studio Near City Centre

Good location - just 10 mins including walking to the venue in city center. The communication was great and when the weather is getting too hot, the host kindly made available a ventilator. I love the cozy room. Even if the toilet is small, it’s a good value price stay. Ideal place to stay when you’re spending most time outside - sightseeing or in my case attending a conference. The neighborhood feels rather safe, the Chinese food on the way back home is also awesome:)

Not much.

Basically a poorly converted garage. Extremely small. Toilet nearly unusable due to space constraints and positioning. No sink in shower/toilet closet. No mirror by kitchen sink so ablutions were difficult. Not sure this was actually what I booked at all.

Really well located, easy to drive to and easy to park with free parking right outside. It’s compact but for a quick city stay with a car it’s ideal. Carlos was very informative before arrival and quick to answer questions. The property was clean and bed comfortable. I would rebook again for a similar short stay.

There were 2 of us staying but there were only enough utensils for 1 person. Might have been my mistake and not added a second guest on the booking but normally a 2 person apartment comes with 2 sets regardless. I did bang my head on the light fixture a few times as the ceiling is low and the bathroom is a bit tight - a bit like being on a ferry or in a canal boat - so if you’re tall you’ll need to duck a little. The tv / wifi didn’t seem to work but I didn’t inform Carlos as we weren’t in the apartment much to need it. For the price & location it’s a good deal. Thanks

You cannot sit on the toilet.

Bedroom area was comfortable with a side table and mirrors. Heating was fantastic! The kitchenette was ok.

It was challenging to access the toilet and also the shower. I'm not sure why this is the layout but definitely not stylish. There was free WiFi apparently but no instructions on how to easily access this so I just used my data which I thankfully had lots of.

Clean, comfy and affordable. Very close to Birmingham centre and the room was private. Many facilities and TV right in front of the bed made it very comfortable to watch movies in bed. Netflix and Prime Video available on TV.
