Great and secure complex

Of the 4 pillow cases, one was stained and one was missing. We raised this issue with the host, the missing pillow case was brought to us however the stained pillow case was not changed at all. The description on booking.com doesn't match the apartment at all. This place does not have 2 living rooms, a private pool nor a spa bath. The host says this is a booking.com glitch and up to this day, the apartment description still has not been adjusted accordingly. I have been chasing after my refund on my credit card for over a week now, to no avail although reservations had said the refund will only take 2 days after check-out.

There's too much rules and extensive admin to fill in before your booking can be confirmed, if that was prior booking I would have not taken the place, they need breakage deposit, perhaps they've had bad guests in the past but now everyone is being penalized. We did not get access to the gym we were told we were not registered for gym access. Otherwise everything was ok but I will not go back because of too much admin and breakage deposit it is not necessary really.

Quiet, safe property. The property was just as it was in the pictures, which is quite rare
