One&Only Luxury Apartment Zadar

The apartment was very clean and spacious, very nicely decorated, located in the historic center of the city, very close to the sights, restaurants and market and about 10min walk to the beach. Very welcoming and attentive host to answer any questions and provide useful information (local bus schedule, map of the location surroundings) and possibility of early check-in. Many towels in the apartment, very good air conditioner and tourist may of the city inside of the house. The apartment also has a small balcony overlooking the center where you can have a morning coffee. Although it is in the center of the city the apartment is quiet and you can rest without being disturbed by tourists. We highly recommend and would definitely return without hesitation. Congratulations to the host for the hospitality and thank you very much for the way we were treated as first time tourists in Croatia.

the only thing we didn't like was the fact that the bathroom door although it was new made a little disturbing noise.

Location is excellent in the middle of the old town :) Juliet balcony was lovely to look out over the old town with a coffee of a morning Modern furnished apartment Communication with Andrej was very easy, on hand to answer any questions and give recommendations!

A glass panel of the front door to the building was missing when we arrived but assume this is the owner of the building’s problem and not the owner of apartment, the front door of the apartment was perfectly secure!

We liked everything. Location is the best. Apartment clean and very well furnished. Also possible to cook meals.

Bathroom also very nice but there is no place to hang wet towels (hooks/rack)

This new apartment in the center of Old city is an amazing place to spend your holiday! Everything is in within few minutes by foot, but regardless that is not noisy during the night. Apartment is beautiful and new, it is very well equiped and comfortable, we got a 5* hotel experience in this apartment! The host is very nice and helpful! We will come back here for sure!!
