DEWe got along really well with our hosts. So well that we talked for hours :D the Bed was comfortable and you have your own Bathroom. The house is a 10 min walk away from the trainstation and 5 min from the sea.
We wouldn't recommend walking on the beach near the pier when it's low tide if you don't want to walk through over knee-deep mud. 😅
GBCharlie and Andrew are very friendly and helpful hosts, and made me feel very comfortable in their home. I loved the decor, there was tea and coffee available in the room. I slept really well and the bathroom is the room next door so felt very private.
It was a little difficult to find at night. The square isn't well lit.. The sat nav took us the wrong way around the square and the road doesn't go all the way around it. However Charlie was very kind and patient and directed us over the phone so we found our way in the end.
GBWe both loved everything about this house we stayed in. It's an eclectic mix of decor that suits Charlie and Andrew's personality. They are fabulous hosts, very friendly and welcoming. The house is a stone's throw from the seafront but far enough away to be secluded and quiet. Perfect for a Sunday morning lie-in. :) We shall return.

CYGBVery welcoming, made to feel at home the moment l crossed the threshold. Lovely individualised decor and facilities. Cleanliness was paramount. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with plenty of toiletries and towels. So close to sea front yet set in a secluded park away from the bustle. I could not have asked for more from stay in Herne Bay. If you're travelling from the North to the channel tunnel and would like a stop off along the way to Dover/Folkestone, its an ideal location for that too. The owners here are very helpful and knowledgeable.
