Ease of finding the place.

Noisey fan, noisey neighbour hood, ongoing work. when running AC the whole room irks of urine smell. No lift only stairs, off street parking, can't even stop to unload the luggage. No wifi was given. No exhaust in the toilet. Smell ventilated back into the room.
