They did not clean on regular basis. It was a decent room but with no toiletries or basic things.

"An unexpectedly bad stay."

The location was good since it was very near to the destinations we were about to visit. Unfortunately we were not comfortable in the rooms provided since the Hot water facility which was mentioned in the booking.com wasn't available.

Hot water wasn't available. We had to call the reception several times to fix the water heater but unfortunately they couldn't do it and ultimately we had to manage with chilled water since the temperature was damn cold in Mysore.

Location and clean

Booked AC room but got provided Non AC . But it was ok since it's cold season. Everything was needed to ask them Water soap towels etc . They should have known to provide basic things before asking
