كانت الإقامة رائعة من جميع النواحي... نظيفة ومريحة وهادئة. كل ما يتمناه الزوجان لإقامة هادئة. رحب بنا إسماعيل وخالد بحفاوة بالغة، وكانا حاضرين كلما احتجنا إليهما، بلا شك... أوصي بها بكل ثقة. سنعود بالتأكيد.👍👍😊

Appartement situé tout près de la gare de Marrakech dans un endroit assez calme. Un gardien est situé en bas de l'immeuble. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces de vie. Propreté remarquable dans tout l'appartement et très bien entretenu. Salle de bain bien fourni en peignoir et serviettes pour la piscine située en bas de l'immeuble. Lit très confortable dans la chambre des parents (avec une agréable terrasse) et 2 petits lits pour les enfants. Espaces de rangements dans les chambres des enfants et des parents. Magasins Aswak Assalam à 400 mètres de l'appartement. Présence d'un étendoir dans la terrasse de la cuisine, assez utile pour une famille.

Rien n'a redire.

I stayed in this apartment in Marrakech for two days and had a great experience. The host was always kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is in good condition, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The location is excellent: close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by transport. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to discover Marrakech comfortably. Highly recommended!

Très bon emplacement, proche de la gare ferroviaire. On trouve tout à proximité et le personnel est top.

The apparent is in a very good place near the train station with possible access to the old city by bus taxi or even by foot There are multiple restaurants in the nearby and the new city is very near The building is always guarded and they were very friendly The responsible person Mr Khalid is very helpful and friendly and reachable when needed The apartment is occupied with heating and cooling system which is very useful

It is not really comfortable for four persons as it was too small for a family with children The appartement lacks toilet equipments like shampoo soap … there was only one rol of toilet paper The furniture and the sleep sheets were outdated
