The location was excellent, and the apartment had easy access, was well equipped, clean and spacious!

Väldigt mysig lägenhet som låg nära till allt. Perfekt för oss som va två familjer då ena sovrum med badrum låg separat så man kunde dela lite på sig. (Lägenhet 2)

Allt va funktionsdugligt men köket hade behövt lite mer utrustning. Ena badrummet funkade bra men hade behövt en renovering

The location of the apartment could not be better. Situated in the heart of the old town there are shops and restaurants a few steps from the door, and yet we did not hear any noise from the town. We were able to walk down to the lake front in a couple of minutes where we could catch a boat. The apartment itself was lovely, very spacious and well equipped. The decor was right up our street and the beds were comfortable. We had the apartment with terrace for 6 people - the terrace was perfect for breakfasting, and also for relaxing after a busy day. We did have a special request as we were celebrating a Birthday and our host surpassed himself. Gianmario was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We visited the Origami Beach Club (by boat) for an afternoon. Went to an amazing vineyard (Bersi Serlini) which was one stop away by train, with a short walk. Caught the boat to Monte Isola and had a meal in an amazing rooftop restaurant (Sensole), catching the last boat back. Found an amazing Osteria (Osteria Il Volto) just turn left out of the apartment, down to the street and turn right. it's situated on your left. Delicious food and very relaxing atmosphere. Don't miss out on the experience of the 2 sisters cheese shop/deli which is just down from the apartment. Lovely ladies and the meats and cheeses were to die for. We stayed for 3 nights, though had only 2 full days to explore and we definitely made the most of our time.

This is nothing to do with the apartment, which was perfect, but don't expect to be able to pick up a taxi easily. Trains around the region are regular and cheap, and the boat around the lake is also regular.

The apartment is well located near to the fake front and within immediate reach of a bakery, green grocers, deli, and several cafes. The air conditioning is effective, and the large balcony is perfect for enjoying the summer evening sun. The host responded immediately when the electricity went off and sent a colleague within the hour, shortly followed by an electrician, and the electrics were fine after the first day. She also helped us find the right TV channel to watch the Euros! All in all, a lovely apartment in a beautiful location.

A teapot or some mugs would have been appreciated for tea! Booking.com also did not make clear that the second bedroom and bathroom have their own entrance. Although immediately opposite the main apartment, separated by a mere three feet or so at the top of the staircase, it does mean that the two bedrooms need to be locked apart at night for security, which could be a problem for those with young children.
