Absolutely superb, we loved everything about this studio apartment.Exceptionally clean and very stylish. Location was excellent, central to everywhere in York. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, we could not have asked for more. We were left chocolates and bubbly upon arrival, lovely touch.

There was nothing we did not like.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything you need. Roger was a great host and communication was great prior to and throughout the stay. Location was fantastic also. We can't wait to stay again.

"Lovely studio flat great location with charming hosts."

Loved the decor and location, small but perfectly suitable for 3 nights. Everything you needed for a relaxing break. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, leaving a bottle of bubbly for us also great to have free parking and a car park next to the property with EV chargers.

There was small problem either the upstairs flat bathroom which left a stain and flickering light in the bathroom / which the owners were trying to sort out it did not impact our stay. The fridge was a bit noisy we were not using it do we switched it off at night.

Everything was just perfect for our stay in York. Roger and Louise were so helpful and went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The location is perfect and so easy to walk to all the main areas.

"Brilliant classy accommodation that is so close to historic York centre"

Beautifully styled and furnished. Very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with great hot water and strong water pressure. Studio was exactly as per photos. Hosts were excellent in communication and left fresh flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine. Parking was free and on site (Studio is next to a car park). Location was amazing and so close to all attractions (walking distance) and to restaurants etc. The little courtyard garden was gorgeous too.

Clear communication regarding parking and key code entry made check in very easy. Studio was exactly as described and the location was perfect for exploring beautiful York. Would definitely recommend 😍
