Il Cigliere Wellness Spa Resort

It was comfortable & the staff at reception & the spa were helpful & professional. The staff at the restaurant not so much.

Pool towels were not provided. The pool restaurant had a very limited menu & the quality of the food was average. The service at the restaurant was not great either.

Good location but not much around for food if no car. Nice pool, good breakfast.

We were put in a Tuscan room to begin with which is far more basic than described. We asked to move to the deluxe room which was much better with air con and better shower. The air con in the corridor outside our room leaked and when we reported it the lady said stop using the shower, which was silly. The air con was fixed later that day. The restaurant had a poor menu, given it was in a lovely location with little else around, it should have been really good and even outside people should have been booking. If the restaurant had had a good menu with daily specials we may have considered eating there.

Il Cigliere is quit a peaceful resort. The hotel is part of complex of few hotels with sharing swimming pool and restaurant. The rooms are pretty new and clean. Outside parking with no problems. 10 minutes to the beach by car.

The pool bar can be better. The lunch offer is very limited. The restaurant is not the hotel's strong point, even the hotel breakfast could be more varied (e.g no vegetables, only tomatoes).

Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Pool was very far from property and we were told towels were 5 Euros each.

Breakfast was good, the room was big, good shower, the staff was very nice.

There was a bonfire in the middle of the night, it was still on next morning, there was smoke in the building. They were burning probably garden waste, you could smell it in the room. The air-conditioning was smelling really bad(like urine), we could not use it. The cleaning lady entered twice when we were in the room, ignoring the Do not disturb sign.
