Comfy bed Well thought out Lots of signs to know where everything is and how to use things Clear instructions to check in and out

Door locks are ok but I checked in at midnight and after a 4 hour drive with luggage it was stressful operating the locks in the darkness

Situated in the lovely village of Charlbury with its fabulous restaurants/bars. A 0.8 mile walk uphill from railway station. Spacious and well equipped. Safe and secure. Hosts thoughtfully provided some snacks, milk tea/coffee and water, welcomed after a long journey!

All good from our perspective but the access to the flat might present challenges for anyone with mobility issues. A non slip mat in the bath would be helpful.

Great property, loads of space and everything you could need was provided.

The WiFi is very patchy which makes watching films etc difficult (but not impossible!).

Door locks difficult- at one point we were locked out and had to phone for help Overwhelmed by notices and rules TV only worked intermittently Couldn’t get the oven to work properly

The host had thought of everything, really easy check in and left us some snacks!

Loved the area and the host was very helpful when we didn’t have the right code sent to us Bed was comfy and we liked the decor in the apartment. Easy walking to great deli and coffee co-op and pubs. The Bull had an excellent menu Highly recommended. We would stay there again

Complicated locking system

The unit was very tastefully decorated in keeping with the period of the building. It had all amenities you could possibly need.

I was very happy with everything.
