Modern House in Mytilene Center

The host is excellent. We were able to move into the apartment before 10am as our ferry arrived at 9am. The place is close to lots of nice restaurants and cafes, but in a quiet street.

This is a great apartment in Mytiline with everything you might need for your stay since it has a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine. We only stayed a night but would certainly stay longer. It is not far from the bus terminal, which is very convenient as well. The host is easily reachable as we needed to change the check-in time last minute. Highly recommended apartment.

Very nice host. Clean place. Had a full-sized bed downstairs which I used and there are other beds that you can reach "upstairs" by climbing a stair ladder. As an older person, I could not have repeatedly climbed the ladder but fortunately, I was fine with the bed downstairs. There is a kitchen with all the modern appliances including a coffee maker and microwave. The wifi was strong. There is a clean bathroom with a shower that has fast hot water and actual doors to contain the water which is a rarity in Greece. It is about two blocks to the bus station, bakery, shops, movie theater, park, church, and supermarket. In three blocks you can be at the harbor with all the restaurants and shops. It is not a fancy place but it has the essentials and some extras and the price is very fair.

The apartment was very very clean ! The hosts were kind and they accommodated our late evening arrival which was really helpful. The house is very cosy and comfortable. The location is really central at a very safe neighborhood. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need from shampoo to coffee and water. The beds were really comfy and the pillows too. The towels fresh and nicely arranged. We were absolutely thrilled to have chosen this flat and look forward to visit again.

Modern House is a great place to stay when in Mytilini town; A small 'home' with a complete and very well stocked kitchen, separate bedroom plus two more beds on a mezzanine, a good bathroom (with washing machine!) and a small but comfortable living. Everything was very clean. Our hosts were great, very friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for us way past check-out time. The location is perfect, in a fairly quiet street right in the center of town. The main Ktel station (for longer distance buses) is a 5 minutes walk, as is a nice city park and a very good supermarket. Mytilini port is very short walk away, and so is the main shopping street. The (very frequent) airport bus stops right around the corner. There is no outdoor space, but with a lovely park very near we did not miss it.
