Old Droxford Station Signal Box

Perfect location right next to the meon valley trail. On a private property secured by a gate, so you feel safe but you have complete privacy. Little get away, perfect for a couple who are looking for quiettness, nature but with towns just a quick drive away. The hosts are very sweet and will give you a lot of tips and info from the area. A perfect place to explore the area, take some hikes, go to one of the pubs in the area and come back to your "home" make a fire in the fireplace and relax.

I cannot think of anything a didn't like. We had some Brittish weather, but since you are in a cosy little house with a fireplace, even that wasn't bad.

Location was beautiful, so peaceful, even with the resident geese, ducks and chickens. Hosts were great, very helpful and showed us both a very warm welcome. Great pubs nearby and lots of walks to enjoy. The property was amazing, very unique and very tastefully done. We had everything we could possibly need and it was a lovely relaxing few days away... Would highly recommend and definitely would love to return.

Lovely host, beautiful accommodation and setting.

Very pleasant owners. Unusual building at opposite end of station to owners property and situated on the other platform. Good quality conversion decorated with railway memorabilia and with all modern conveniences, downstairs very comfortable bedroom and bathroom with direct access to patio via steps. Internal staircase to Upstairs a lovely open sitting room/dining room and kitchen with a separate outside metal non slip staircase to patio area. Well suited to couples or single person. Extensive garden and grounds with ducks and chickens. Quiet location and access to adjacent footpath along disused railway line. Nearby local premier shop 5 mins drive on A32 and a lovely pub at the other end of Station Road the White Lion.

My older dog didn't like the staircases, certainly not a complaint just a heads up as it made things a bit awkward.
