The sofa bed and bed weren't the comfiest. The main front door to the building wasn't secure.
NLGood location, 10 minutes walk to the center. Very clean and cozy, we slept great. There is everything you need, the owner took care of everything.
The early check out was disappointing, we were supposed to leave at 10 am.

There was nothing we didn't like, other than it was a bit tricky to find, given it was such short notice the communication was excellent.

No heating and was told it wouldn’t be getting fixed. The place was freezing and we sat there with coats on waiting for the “ management team” to sort it. Basically they never did. At 7:20pm they said it wouldn’t be fixed that evening and they wouldn’t be dropping off heaters. They said, if we checked out that night we would get a refund. We asked as it was late and would struggle to get a place somewhere, could we sleep there and leave first thing in the morning once we got somewhere. They said they would NOT refund money if we stayed that night.. We were basically forced to leave at 8pm and go to a hotel. There was a portable heater in the bedroom but even that didn’t work. They never rang when they said they would and they just didn’t care that we had no where to go .communication is shocking. It’s all about the money

Automatic light in hall a nuisance at night. Water pressure in shower poor and blind needed on window in the bathroom.
