Hales Old Town Urban Apartments

The property was nice, clean, spacious and stylish. I particularly liked a nice smell of towels. Kitchen was well equipped and there was attention to details which i appreciated a lot - like cotton pads in bathroom or dishwasher tabs. The property allowed pets free of charge which was absolutely amazing.

The most disappointing part of our stay was the accommodation arrangement for children. We were four guests (two adults and 2-year-old twins) and paid for a 4-person stay. However, we were then asked to pay extra for cribs, which seemed unreasonable given that we had already booked and paid for four people. The host explained that they needed to rent the cribs (which is understandable) and added that children stay free of charge. Because of this, I contacted Booking to request a refund for the “extra two guests,” but they informed me that only the property owner could initiate it. This led to lengthy back-and-forth correspondence, during which the principle of “the customer comes first” was completely missing. In the end, there was no satisfactory solution, and we were left with the impression that the issue was entirely ours to bear, with no support from the host. In addition, the parking lot was overcrowded, and we had no space to leave our car.

Appartment is vety cozy, spacious, well located, has many lovely decor details, all amenities.

It's very high moist in the appartment, we were in summer so it didn't bother us much, we just opened the windows. But can be unpleasant in other season. Also appartment is on the ground floor, so we always had to close the shutters, so that people don't see in. Though it's inner yard, so barely someone passes by.

The apartment is close to the old town, in a quiet place, cozy, modern, clean, comfortable bed, pillows... There is everything you need to live. Wonderful location: 5min on foot of railway and bus station. There is a bus stop to airport. We strongly recommend, we would come back again. Thank you!

Puiki vieta apsistoti Vilniuje. Senamiestis šalia. Apartamentuose švaru, jauku, erdvu. Visko rasite ko reikia :) sugrįšime dar ne kartą. Rekomenduoju:)
