Bathroom is terrifying. Keys not available on arrival. I was lucky to find someone in the property. Maybe bed sheets were washed but strange smell all the time.

Bathroom is horrible. Light is suddenly getting dark, no mirror in front of wash basin. Toilet roll is nearly touching floor. Very much unhygienic. Keys are very inconvenient to carry everywhere cos need two hand to open the door when I have toothbrushes in my hand.

I am really disappointed about behaviour of the owner. When we came to the city, he wrote me that there is problem with heating and we have to go to another place that he organize for us. It was 3km away and we have to take Uber (that he said to pay for us but till today doesn't come nothing). I also asked the invoice and also that doesn't arrived till today, he also stop my call when I try to call him. We were there for dance competition and we felt very stressed about this situation.

The place was very dirty when we arrived and the staff did nothing when we informed them. The oven smelled bad. The floor was very dirty, both in the room and in the common areas. All the kitchen utensils were dirty and needed to be washed... And there was no dish soap and very worn and dirty sponges. It seems that nothing has been cleaned for at least a month.
