The size very roomy

No tv aerial cord, no bbq & firepit

The location was perfect just off the motorway. Short drive to the shops. Loads of space within the home. Peaceful and quiet.

Sadly all the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, rock hard to be honest, one of the beds you get stabbed by springs and the two couches are like sitting on concrete slabs.

It was a big property, big house lots of rooms and can sleep a lot of people it’s about 2 minutes from Silverdale which is very convenient and has a cool night market!

I am aware this may have been the first time this villa had been used as an air bnb so I did take that into account. However, these are just a few things we didn’t necessarily like/could be improved at the property: Firstly, all the things you are unable to do at the property i.e “no cooking of pungent food.” This would come at a charge of $300 to “sanitise the air” I thought that was pretty unreasonable… Secondly, you get the feeling that there are cameras all around there are a couple visible and some that are there but disconnected? Just unsure of where all the cameras were. This gave us a bit of an uneasy feeling. Lastly, nevermind cooking really as the kitchen wasn’t really equipped for it so we decided to eat huge beautiful kitchen but it needed more utensils and kitchen items (bearing in mind, first time as air bnb hosts). Bath and shower mats would be great!

The main house is spacious and clean, perfect size for our family. Good location, nice, relaxing and quiet atmosphere, lots of fresh air.

The sleep out is dated, spiderwebs & insects could enter in.
