AUAbsolute magic. View was incredible. Very conformable and luxurious. Hosts were very accommodating with check in and out. Highly recommend this place! Beach was one of the very best. Protected from the wind.

TRÖncelikle Kómi çok güzel bir sahil. Evin sahile bu kadar yakın olması çok avantajlı. Aynı zamanda Komi de yemek için çok fazla seçenek var. Ev konforlu çevresi çok sessiz ve sakin.
DEDie außergewöhnliche Lage direkt am Meer und die sehr große, schön ausgestattete Terrasse mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Inseln Ikaria und Samos sind einzigartig.!!!! Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und man bekommt alles, was man braucht, gleich.
USPerfect vacation! House was amazing with everything needed. We stayed for a week and loved being right on the water and so close to town. Everything in the house was great - air conditioning, washer and dryer, patio furniture, kitchen supplies, etc…. Host was super friendly and available for any questions. We highly recommend and hope to return!

ATOur stay at Seaside Luxury Komi Beach Villa was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The villa is new, decorated with style and with the needs of people in mind. We enjoyed all the facilities in the villa which was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive. The villa is situated on the beach which is a unique experience. It was close to the little harbour where we could get fresh fish. The beach itself is fantastic and the sea water is very clean. The surroundings offered a unique insight into the Mastiha tree tradition and the history and tradition of the island. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to come back next year.

GBVery nice place in a gorgeous location on one of the best beaches in Chios. It feels like u have ur own private beach as it is located in the most beautiful and quiet part. You are 2min walk to nice cafes and tavernas. The village is perfect for family holidays. The owners were very helpful and accommodating!
