The host was very polite and responsive, which we appreciated. For a one-night stay, it might be fine, but for anything longer, it wasn’t the right fit for us.

The villa didn’t really feel like home — it wasn’t equipped well enough for a longer stay. The bathroom on the first floor couldn’t be locked, it wasn’t perfectly clean, and the sofa was uncomfortable for sleeping. The kitchen lacked essentials like an oven and coffee machine, and the pans were quite worn out. There were no extra sheets or pillows initially, but the host kindly provided them when we asked.
