Hotel Alpha-One Yamaguchi Inter

ロケ―ションがよく高速道にアクセスしやすい。 wiFiに接続しやすく説明がわあかりやすい、以前ルートインを使ったが、説明がわかりにくく時間を要した。 各階に自販機があり、ホテルの中には、途中の階１か所しかない所もあり。各階にあり便利であった。 髭剃りや歯ブラシなどエレベーター前に置いてありわかりやすかった。 たのホテルでは、わかりにくいことがあった。

椅子が冷蔵庫とべッドの間が、狭く椅子に座りもたれて「テレビ」を見ようとしても、狭くて冷蔵庫に当たり 冷蔵庫が動いたり何度も椅子とべッドがぶつかった。

駐車場が広く、大浴場があってゆっくりできました。

レストランのスタッフさんの対応がとても気持ちよかったです！夕食を頂いたのですが、リーズナブルな上に500円以上で飲み物サービス！気さくなスタッフさんが嬉しかったです

構造的なことで仕方ないですが　部屋が狭いですね レストランスタッフさんと比較するわけではありませんが　フロントスタッフさんの愛想のないことが寂しかったです…

Staff were very friendly. I speak only a little Japanese, but they were very kind and repeated themselves or used a tablet with translation app as necessary. Service was top-notch - I opted not to have my room cleaned as I was only staying for a few nights, but a "care package" of tolietries and towels was left on my door handle. Room was also very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities one would expect. The pillow was reversible, with a harder side and a softer side. Many sockets available, including one near the bed and one in the bathroom. Very modern feel.

The mattress was a little thin for my tastes, but it was still more than comfy enough for a few nights. The hotel is a little way from Yamaguchi station, but can be reached by a bus, which runs semi-regularly, or taxi, which can be taken from Yamaguchi station for around 2,000 yen.

以前2回宿泊したが、Wi-Fiが使えなかった。今回、Wi-Fiが使えたところかな。
