Size, quality of facilities, location, assistance provided, attention to detail and thoughtful touches for a traveller not in their home land. Really comfortable for 5 adults.

Adding ceiling fans would enhance comfort while reducing the need to run air conditioners all the time. A little pricey for the period particularly when the price increased by 10% from time of enquiry to booking 1 day later. For the long stay it would be good to have a washing line capable of hanging bed sheets.
