Luxury Apartment at Lipah Beach

The room is good, clean, well furnished. Internet is stable and fast.

Constructions right in front of the windows, unbelievably noisy and dusty the whole day. I find it dishonest to allow rental under these conditions.

Proche de la plage, l'hôtel est également doté d'un restaurant. Très bon accueil et très belle chambre/studio, bien équipé. Petit déjeuner possible au restaurant.

We really love the apartment, we could see ourselves staying there over a month. It's right above PEOPLEPOINTCAFE. The kitchen was pretty much complete! (except for a spatula-which i couldn't find) Wi-Fi was good and the room was super spacious. The apartment and bathroom is super clean, hot water and the pressure could be improved but overall thats just Bali. The apartment offers quite a few service, like bike rental, tours, transport & etc -you could see how much thoughts they put in to make the guest stay comfortable. However we were scammed by the snorkeling package, by the locals themselves who were supposed to "work alongside" with the apartment which was truly dissapointing.

We stayed for a week so the hard bed was something i haven't got used to.

the property is beautiful and the facilities are more than enough. the kitchen is fully equipped and the room is cleaned daily upon request.

whew, it's so unfortunate that such a lovely property being managed by snobs that cannot be bothered to do a good job. the name of the property doesn't exist; they couldn't bother to message me in advance so i when i arrived i had to flounder around like a moron for almost an hour in the neighborhood. i literally asked all the locals and no one knew where this place was! i called a bunch and no one picked up either. i seriously thought i got scammed. when one of the owners found me going back and forth on the streets they gave me an excuse and blamed booking for not allowing him to change the name of the property... regardless, how about notifying me and telling your staff about the property name? i asked the cafe staff downstairs (which they also owned) and even they didn't know where this property was! seriously, you can't even tell your own staff that someone might be looking to check in? i was driving around my scooter one afternoon and when i tried to park in front (guess the parking lot was quite crowded in retrospect) a white guy who was sweeping the patio just used his finger, wagged it, and pointed at a place for me to park. he didn't use a damn WORD to communicate this with me, who clearly was a guest. on my last they mentioned that i could do a late checkout since no one was checking in on the day, but they only gave me an hour extra (12pm instead of 11am; which is relatively early to begin with). i wanted to sneak in a dive in the morning so i politely asked to check out at 1... they totally ghosted me! not even a "sorry no". i was so shocked how they could treat a guest, who they have absolutely troubled during check in, with very little hospitality. to sum, they came off extremely entitled and i felt that i was treated poorly by the owners. local staff was lovely, as you'd expect from indonesians. next time i visit amed i'll stay somewhere clearly owned by a local.

Imagine you found a modern-luxury apartment in the middle of the fishing village? Yes, it's pretty amazing! we've got the comfort, the facilities, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the delicious coffee and food in the same building, and 100m away to the beach where you can snorkeling and see some fish, coral and sea turtle (if you're lucky), we can even see the sea from the balcony of the apartment. Other plus points: ⭐️ The bed is very comfy ⭐️ Fully equipped kitchen & big fridge ⭐️ The host Lenka is very friendly, informative and easy to communicate ⭐️ Big TV with Netflix provided (very generous of them)

There's power cut when we arrived but it's only for couple of hours but it's not their fault as the whole village experience the same thing.
