Heritage Collection Palermo B&B

Very helpful and friendly staff! Answered a bunch of my questions leading up to end during my Palarmo trip via WhatsApp. The property is in a older building and in a great location. The bed is very comfortable, there is a large living space, and the bathroom is awesome. The shower has a waterfall rain showerhead and they have cool LED lights that you could change the colors, as well lighted vanity mirrors. Nice touch was a home cooked breakfast each morning, which it seems a lot of B+Bs are going away from so is it really even a bed and breakfast if you don’t serve breakfast? They do here, and with a smile. I absolutely would recommend staying here due to the location to the heart of the city and the friendly and welcoming staff, and the good sleep that I had both nights. Personally, I wasn’t too fond of the city of Palermo and more so enjoyed the beaches, but if you are staying in Palermo, the city, this is the place to go.

Nothing, everything was great with my stay. I just didn’t really like the city that much.

Very clean, secure and quiet but very well positioned. We walked everywhere in the old centre. The breakfast was fantastic- traditional Sicilian or eggs, pancakes, etc. The manager was extremely helpful, recommending sights, restaurants, etc and arranging taxis to the airport etc.

Lovely room although small and great breakfast - choice of eggs or pancakes. Host was friendly and tried her best to pre order a cab to pick us up from airport but didn’t quite work out how it should have done.

V hard to find particularly at night. And quite a dodgy area didn’t feel safe with my daughter. We were 2 females and our booked taxi was running 30mins late so picked a cab up at airport and he couldn’t locate hotel. Hidden away and not v clear on outside. Once in building hard to find hotel on 2nd floor as dark and lots of staircases. Also booked room with sofa bed and double bed but sofa bed not made up so slept under towels as couldn’t find any sheets unfortunately

Small hotel with excellent location and good value for our stay. Roberta was extremely helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. We miss her! Would recommend 100%. Excellent breakfast made to order also.

It’s on the second floor so you have to walk up two flights of stairs.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, esta justo donde comienza el centro. Esto es muy importante porque palermo no es muy lindo y estar alejado del centro podria ser peligroso. El personal del hotel es super amable y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos. El desayuno es muy rico y completo. La cama es super comoda y la ducha muy amplia. Tambien tienen muy buen wifi

No se asusten con la primera impresion de como se ingresa al hotel, una vez dentro todo es hermoso, comodo y amable.

This is a gem. Really beautiful room in an old building, in the middle of Palermo. Clean, combination of old and modern, excellent breakfast. We loved the place including some small surpises they arranged for us.

There is nothing, but one thing to keep in mind is that there is a small common breakfast area. The talking sound can wake you up in the morning. If you are spoiled, enjoying the place and want to sleep late…
