Apartment Centre In Stone House

The apartment is small but beautiful and very comfortable. It is a short and easy walk to the old town. And an uber can drop you right in front of the building (unlike many of the pedestrian only streets in the area). The Nespresso and washing machine is very convenient.

The apartment is located right on the edge of a pedestrian only neigbourhood, but the area isn’t super nice, especially if you walk in the direction away from the old town.

The apartment is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It is situated in an old stone building and you do need to be able to manage stairs to get to it. The bed is comfortable and the linen and pillows are nice. There is space to store large bags. Small kitchen and washing machine were very handy. The location is a fairly short walk to Diocletian Palace so that was very handy. Very short walk to TOmmy Market. Parking in front of the building but there are not many spots so you have to be lucky to get one.

Renovation thoughtfully done and nice decor.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible studio apartment in Split, and I couldn't recommend it more! Located just a 5-minute walk from the city center, this apartment offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and tranquility. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and immaculately clean, boasting all the amenities of a modern home. From the comfortable bedding to the fully-equipped kitchen, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. What truly sets this apartment apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality provided by the hosts. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.

Owner was very accomadating when we arrived earlier than planned. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. It may have been small but had everything you needed. Lovely touches such cold juice and snacks provided. Lots of information on the area really helpful. Great location to town, buses and port. Very tasty restaurant 2 mins away which we ate at twice that good

Not have a window to fully open but air-conditioning great so no big deal.

Excellent location. Easy walk into centre of town. Absolutely beautiful apartment with lovely shower room, comfortable bed and all appliances (except kettle). Washing machine was really useful. A problem we had with the lock on the entrance door was quickly dealt with by Jelena’s father.

It would have been good to have a book with some guidance and recommendations. Being English, we’d have appreciated a kettle. Everything else was perfect.

Extremely clean with beautiful interior decoration and design

Easy check in and check out. Very good location, walking distance to almost everything in Split city. The apartment was newly renovated and modern, and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The price was in the high end.

Brand new property, high end interior and furnishings, fully equipped to the minutiae detail, great location , 5 min walk to Bacvice beach and 5 min walk to Diocletian Palace and all the action, great communication with Jelena and smooth check in and check out.

We liked everything.

Really nice and fresh apartment, just outside the city centre. Only a few hundred meters from the beach as well and close to bus/ferry/train.
