The steep spiral staircase was a bit difficult for me as an older person
GBGood location, welcoming, items left for use which was helpful(tea bags, milk, ketchup etc)comfortable beds, hot good shower, communication was exceptional.
No TV, but this wasn't too much of an issue. Stairs are rather precarious.

Small things, A mirror in second bedroom Waste bin in bedroom The doors were old and noisy to open at night. The property was beautifuly decorated and quirky. Doors and windows need to be updated.
