The owner offered to pick us up from the airport (only a few away, that’s why we booked only one night to get faster and cheaper to the airport) for €50 per ride and initially said we could check in around midday. When we declined and chose to take the bus because the price was unreasonable, he suddenly told us check-in would only be at 2 PM. It clearly felt like pressure: if we had accepted his overpriced transfer, we could have checked in earlier. We have to say that at least he picked us up from the bus station and took my luggage, which is only 100 meters away and he seemed to be nice. Unfortunately, it got worse. The apartment was dirty. The bathroom was full of hair, the mirror had toothpaste splashes, the floors were filthy, and there were food leftovers in the kitchen drain. Dust was everywhere. On top of that, the hallway smelled strongly of smoke. We were told to strictly smoke outside, yet the entire building reeked of cigarette smoke, likely from a neighbor.

Lokalita je perfektní, kousek od moře. Pan majitel je velice milý a ochotný člověk Hodně nám pomohl při pobytu a doporučil nám nejlepší restauraci v okolí. Sám nás dovezl v noci na letiště.

The host was great and super friendly. He helped us with the transfer from and to the airport for a very reasonable price. He also showed us a restaurant with very delicious food before the flight. Highly recommend while having a flight transfer through Athens but also if you want to visit Artemida.
