Spotlessly clean unit. Comfortable bed. Clean linen. Good supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans. Fantastic shower water pressure. Loved the large TV❤️ We'll Be Back✨

Found the entrance door hard to push open, a lot of pressure required to open the door, when entering and when leaving the premises.

Instructions to locate property very good. Keys were in 'key box' as per email received. Key box easy to locate. Location was right in centre of Henley. Secure parking (cameras). Lots of facilities nearby (shops, restaurants, pubs, rail station, the river etc),. Property nicely decorated and very clean. Welcome book / folder very useful.

Wouldn't say I didn't like but couldn't get living room blinds to close.

"Lovely comfortable flat in central location"

Lovely flat and just as pictured. Kitchen has everything you could want for a weekend away (or longer). Location is central which was perfect for us. Directions and arrival instructions were really clear and easy to follow. The bed is very comfortable and plenty of space for both of us - we were a little sceptical on that looking at the size but pleased to be wrong! We did have some miscommunication over check out times but it was approached and resolved very professionally. Really refreshing honest approach, thank you!

There are very few negatives from our stay. I would note that car parking does need to be reserved, think it says otherwise in the listing. But Emily reached out on this and made the whole process really simple.

It was exceptionally clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Car park very accessible

We needed to use the sofa as a bed and it would have been useful to have had a spare sheet and blanket in the apartment
