The person incharge was responsive with all my request. House was clean enough and free from dust mite. Tea, sugar, soy sauce, cooking oil are free to use. The one and only apartment given a breakfast but need to cook ourself. The good choices if you doesn't want to cook, bring it home.

Old. Clogged everywhere. No water heater need to ask. Iron seemed not functioning-suggest to bring your own. No ironing board. TV - nothing but display, been asked owner after hours got reply at the time of check out!!! Owner said why dont ask, i ve asked, but why not you reply earlier? Owner should provide instruction how to turn on that regular tv station near to tv so that everyone knows to turn on the tv. Crochs.. smell bed. No bowl & spoon fork. Plates were enough. Wifi too slow. I used 1 device only but too slow. Very old furniture. Broken chair still there. It was so dangerous. Deposit Rm100.

Safety features is ok but the access card should give 2 instead of only 1.

So many cockroaches in the bathroom. I have to spent more on buying insect repellant. Also the time for check in is not the same like in the Booking.com. The owner said I can check in at 3pm while the Booking.com said 2pm. If I want to check in early, I have to pay extra rm20. This is ridiculous.
