I left a personal belonging. The staff was kind enough to send it to me. There is a convenience store on the ground floor.

The listing promised robes and a fitness center. Neither was present. The fitness center is now a coin laundry room. The bathroom bidet was not functional, and the tub drain was dirty. There were many rules to the hotel I was not notified, and the reason for lack of robe was attributed to proximity to the casino. For example, there were no razors or toothbrush/toothpaste. The towel replenishment was sparse. The continental breakfast was limited due to time constraints and limited food options. What the booking.com does not tell you is this is a former Ramada, and currently, the share is split between two companies. One of which is the JS.
