Nice rooms and toiletries. Complementary breakfast and alcohol

A/C takes way too long to cool the room. Staff charges for toilet paper even though we weren’t provided any. I would really appreciate a refund on the toilet paper. $10.40 for two sandpaper rolls. 4/16/26 room 217. We routinely had issues getting ahold of someone at the desk. We waited for about 10minutes for someone to come to the desk with no avail. We also called the front desk over the course of our multiple day stay and not one phone call was picked up or returned. Ever. Pool is under construction. This is very minor. The outside view of the hotel is pretty meh. The windows need some sort of personality. Kinda looks like a cheap hotel/prison lol.
