USIt was a great place to stay it had everything you would need it was an easy trip into town yet far enough away to be peaceful
We arrived on Thanksgiving, so I would assume this is most of the problem, but we got an email that said the envelopes would be at the office. Our GPS took us to a gate. We called the number and the gate opened and we went in (unbeknownst to us we had entered the back gate and not the front). We went to the office and it was closed for Thanksgiving. We called the number provided and we got an answering service, they said they would have someone call us back. Well 30 minutes later I called again and again they said that someone would call me right back. I never got a callback. We sat there for almost an hour. Half of our party was stuck outside the gate and we called security to ask them how to get them in the gate without checking in they also said nothing about the keys being there (not the property's fault though). Well, we had reservations for dinner so we went there and came back this time we came to the front gate and the security guard at the gate told us they had the keys. Since they never called us back we were lucky we were able to figure it out or we would had to get another hotel.

The gate guard asked us for our pass even though we knew the code for the gate. Understood might have been our sticker he was looking for but left it back at unit. Not a big deal

USLandscaping needs to be addressed. Needs to be aired out prior to visitors. Smells musty upon entry but everything was very clean.

Getting in gate took 45 minute,due to not having paperwork in order.the pool and the clubhouse hasnt been useable in years,why show it in listing,false advertising!!!!.Not sure it had been cleaned,has we found pills on floor when we arrived,good thing our 3yr old didnt get ahold of them.They also add charge on top of booking.com price and a charge after you check out.AVOID IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS!!!!
