Even after complaining about the wrong room provided no one bothered to call and resolve the issue but closed the ticket.

No resolution provided for the escalation. Why the hell I was jot provided right stay or atleast transfer to other lodge.

Location was good, its centrally located and can walk at different places

Rooms and Washroom were not maintained. Tea starts after 8.30 am.
