Spacious. Clean. Modern. Well equipped. Good Wifi. Privat parking. Near to shopping mall.

The given address didn't correspond with Google-maps (navigation). Adjacent, a new apartment block is being build. (May-June 2025) The construction noise starts at 0730, stops around 17.30. A few times the apartment-block power-supply went temporary down. This requires to reset the warm-water system. No instructions in English available.
