USWe liked the room of the apartment was a nice size. The boys enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the barbeque pit by the pool. I did enjoy the full kitchen and the full size washer and dryer. We liked it was so close to the hospital where my daughter had her surgery.
The instructions gave us the wrong gate code to enter the premises. The bed frame was broken in the first bedroom. I called twice to get it fixed. The first time she told me the maintenance man would be there at 5:00 PM to look at it. It was 9:30 PM before he should up. We were getting ready to go to bed. He said he would have to come back the next day around 9:00 AM he didn't show up until 1:30 PM. He said he fixed it and it broke again when we got in the bed. It was a cheap wooden frame. I told her it needed to be a medal frame for renting out and sturdy she said he was looking for one. We never heard from them again. Good thing I bought two medal pots from my home to cook with because I had to use it to keep the bed up. I was also told there was two double beds one in each room with a twin bed in each on the description of the room. There was one twin blow up mattress in one of the closets.
USLocation was near our plans. Loved the reserved parking made life easier. The apartment was clean and spacious.

In der Nähe der Unterkunft verläuft die Straßenbahn Linie. Diese hupt extrem laut an jedem Bahnübergang. Ab 4 Uhr morgens ist ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken. Matratze war schon sehr ausgelegen und müsste dringend mal erneuert werden. Wenig Besteck, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Küche bräuchte mal eine Grundreinigung.

Near the metro tram station. There is a tram horn every 5 minute btw 4 am ((?) to 12 am (?). Maybe some soundproof project is needed

It was extremely noisy. The train was basically outside the door and honked every time it went by. The kitchen was not well equipped so hard to cook.
USI liked that it was spacious & clean
I didnt like that it had no other way of getting to the 3rd floor. We had 40lbs of luggage to carry up 3 flights. I also didnt like hearing the train all day and night either. The pillows were also very uncomfortable, really flat.
ITVery nice house and very good position. It's perfect for parking and the swimming pool is nice (but we didn't try it)
It's impossible to sleep because there is the metro train passing just under the building and it's hitting the horn all the time, even at night time. This was super annoying. Some good windows may solve the problem. The showers are old and slippery, they need to be changed. A table for lunch and dinner is missing.

We didn't have linens for extra beds on arrival, so it was advertised as 4 beds (2 double, 2 twins) and only linens for the two double beds. I contacted the property and the next day housekeeper left sheets for one of the twin (inflatable) beds. The one inflatable mattress wouldn't stay inflated. Neighbor in apartment below would hit the floor if our volume was too loud for them, or if my kids stepped too heavy on the hard floors. It got concerning enough that I felt like we had to whisper.
