Wonderful apartment in an excellent position

Nothing. We would like Allure to know that neither of the extraction fans worked in the bathrooms, leaving a build up of condensation.

It was such a lovely and spacious property. Lovely views and central without being in a noisy area. Very impressed.

It rained the first night we were there and the noise was unbearable - didn’t sleep at all. The rain hits the ledge in such a way that made it so loud. This is the only thing which would put me off. I thought it was a faulty drain but my partner said it was the way the building was designed.

No plugs by the mirrors in the bedrooms

It was spacious and clean with a wonderful view of Clifford’s Tower. The beds were very comfortable.

The underfloor heating in the main room wasn’t adequate for such a cold spell and the thermostat was set. Admittedly it was -2 to -4 at night and the days weren’t much warmer so the main room felt rather cold and unwelcoming. Thankfully each of the two bedrooms had a radiator which made a huge different otherwise it would have been an uncomfortable stay.

Excellent location, close to the heart of York. Amazing apartment, spotlessly clean. Quiet at night. Nice and warm. Very well equipped kitchen and all mod cons. Would definitely recommend it.

Parking was a nightmare

Appartment is furnished to the highest quality. Everything was spotlessly clean . The Beds very comfortable and towels very soft.The views out of all the windows are great overlooking Clifford’s Tower Thank you so much for the Amazing welcome pack it was above and beyond what I assume would normally be left so again a very big thank you Will most definitely book again

No sockets near mirror in bedroom 1 No Mirror in Bedroom 2 An extension lead would be great so that Hair @Makeup could be done in front of Mirrors (This is not meant to be a big negative but hopefully a helpful suggestion)

Comfy spacious and stylish. We left our luggage the morning we departed because we were spending the day mooching around York centre. It is only 20 minutes walk from the railway station.

Double bed was a a little small. Heating system too difficult to operate. It was too warm, so we opened the windows. We were.surprised by a lack of welcome beverages e.g tea bags, although Tesco express is adjacent.
