Everything was on point, excellent, super clean!

There was only one key for entering , so I had to wait outside for my mom to come back ,so I may enter too, Otherwise that is not a complain ,but what can be improved for future use.

We really enjoyed our stay it central to everything we needed will come back again.

The property was very clean and relaxing, everything was exceptional…👌

I wasn’t happy with the staff that works there, they all have this bad attitude… when you asking them something, its like you worrying them, from the day we checked in, those guys from the reception are couldn’t even attend to us…. Then we had a problem with the pool, we booked the pool but its was locked there, we couldn’t go in… And when checking out , the guys from the reception …. I said to him” hi sir i am here to check out…..” that guy just looked at me and said….”phindisela ukhiye la owuthathe khona” …. Please change oe train your staff… i even took a pic of that girl , she was just standing and don’t want to be bothered.
