J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le niveau de confort était au rendez-vous. Tout était parfaitement entretenu, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Un grand merci également à l’ensemble du personnel pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions et les gestes délicats qui font toute la différence et qui donnent le sentiment d’être réellement bien accueilli. Une belle expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

"Ubicación y trato del personal"

La ubicación inmejorable, justo al lado de la estación de tren, unos 5 minutos andando y muy cerca del aeropuerto. Igualmente hay cerca tiendas y centro comercial y en 7 min en taxi llegas a la plaza Jema el Fna. El personal fue muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento incluso vía WhatsApp antes de llegar. Te dan todos los días una cesta con agua y algunos dulces y en la habitación hay máquina de café y kettle. La cama muy muy cómoda. Ibtissam fue un encanto con nosotros y nos ha despedido con mucha calidez. Volveremos pronto
