GTK Santorini Oia Sunset Villas

This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had through Booking.com. The property was very different from what was presented in the listing photos. The images do not accurately reflect the actual condition, privacy, or maintenance level of the accommodation. Important details, such as the proximity to the street and the lack of privacy in the outdoor area, were not apparent from the listing. The property was poorly maintained, with damaged walls, peeling paint, exposed wiring, and clear signs of deterioration. Cleanliness was also a major issue. Kitchen utensils, glasses, cups, and appliances were dirty, and the kitchen equipment was in poor condition. The shower had extremely low water pressure, took several minutes to become even slightly warm, and was very uncomfortable to use. The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. We reported the Wi-Fi and shower issues to the host shortly after arrival, but no effective solution was provided. The situation was serious enough that we decided to leave after only one night and move to another accommodation, despite losing a significant amount of money in the process. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Csodálatos napfelkelte és naplemente IS a medencéből!!! Gyönyörű virággal borított árnyékos, a nap minden időpontjában használható terasz!! Oia közelsége! Köszönjük Konstantinnak, aki mindig csak pont annyit volt jelen, amennyire szükségünk volt! Ajánlott tavernákat, taxit, autóbérlést, mindent! Figyelt ránk, az igényeinkre! Kényelmes ágy, tisztaság, csend jellemzi az apartmant.

Az apartmanból sok minden hiányzik a felszereltsége nagyon gyenge. Tányérok (3 db lapos tányér hármunknak és mind különböző) teregető a száradó fürdőruhának, türülközőnek, egy normális főzőlap, edények nagyon hiányoztak. A medence nem jakuzzi, csak sima viszont fűtött medence. Rengeteg cica.. én szeretem az állatokat, van is, de a cicák nagyon tolakodóak voltak ott. Ablakot nem lehetett nyitni, mert azonnal beslisszoltak és már az ágyban is voltak! Allergiásoknak kerülendő, míg a sok cica ott van..

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was cozy, clean, and very thoughtfully maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The sea views were absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience feel really special. The outdoor jacuzzi was definitely a highlight — relaxing there with those views was unforgettable. The location was also very convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place.

We picked this place for the jacuzzi — the bubbles didn’t work at first and the water ran cold, but staff fixed it fast and friendly. Tap water was sometimes lukewarm.
