Executive Serviced Apartments 1

Great Location. Cosy large living room with nice decorative wall art and picture. Liked the furniture. Clean bedding and towels. Wi-Fi and Netflix. Plenty of handwash and loads of hot water. Easy check in and check out. 2 toilets, 2 showers

The fan generator in the bathroom was so loud as soon as the light switch was turned on and would stay loud for a long time. So there was no way to have a nice relaxing bath. The landing and stairs leading up to the flat was very dark at night and scary as there was no light and had to go up a spiral staircase. The double bed in the room that has the bath in the en-suite was very noisy even with the slightest of movement.

Self catering, but Greggs just on your doorstep.

As it is a old apartment it had a lot of creaking floor boards. Beds also make noises, but again it was done up.

Nothing at all

This place smelled, it had bugs in the bed, damp, bared wires on light fittings, signs of drug use in the rooms. Took pictures and called the owner, he said he would be in touch. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Think asking for a refund made him disappear. We had to book alternative accommodation at cost to us.

The apartment was very clean. Very well laid out.

No instructions about how to switch boiler on. The system very different to ours in USA. Confusion in getting keys. Had to make a couple of calls. Then wait for someone to come. Just as well it was dry outside.

The property was lovely by the size and having a bathroom each was lovely

New mattresses are desperately needed as the beds were not comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and took ages to wash off soap. It also went from hot to cold and back to hot. The heating was on constant and spent time turning radiators up and down. The garden was misleading as its the bin area. Looking for parking was a problem when you are carrying all your luggage. The stairs up to the apartment were also hard going up.
