Die Lage zum Strand. Das Apartment selbst war sauber. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat problemlos funktioniert (Telefon).

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung. Der Gebäudekomplex ist sanierungsbedürftig. Der Pool ist scheinbar schon seit längerem nicht mehr in Betrieb.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für europäische Bedürfnisse nicht ausreichend. Das Bett ist sehr hart.

The breakfast was really good.Everything was fresh and tasty. I especially liked the variety they offered. The location was also excellent, very convenient and easy to reach everywhere. The owner was very polite and knew exactly how to take care of the guests. The rooms were extremely clean and my friends were also very happy. We really enjoyed our time there. Overall, A great experience!

Ventilation is good in the room, it is spacious and comfortable for 3 persons ( adult ). If family members, 4 (2 adult and 2 children till age 10-12 years ) can adjust. Kitchen is spacious and has all minimum requirements. Bathroom is spacious and neat. Balcony is also very good and useful , enough space to sit 3 persons, to dry up wet clothes. Candolim Beach is nearest.

It can be improved if cloth hangers are fixed on the wall / behind doors, 1 may be inside bathroom, 1 may be behind Kitchen door, 1 may be on balcony door. Shoe stand may be provided.

Flat maintenance was good. Enjoyed my stay

The photos that they are showing were taken at least 10 years back. The property is a haunted house. The washroom looked like it was never used or cleaned.There was an accumulation of moss on the bucket and mug in the bathroom. And there was a small door lock which can be easily breakable.

Location is great. Complete privacy
