We cooked breakfast on our own.

There was no double bed arrangement!

the oven was complicated and the rules felt a little too much- a bit strict e.g “12mins only for parking at reception”

Nice villa, spacious but interior was basic. With a better management company and/or higher price it would be much better.

The management company is not really capable; does not reply to messages, reception is usually closed, amenities provided are a joke (1-2 small bottle of shampoo for a 6 person stay, 2 roll of toilet paper, 1 coffee filter, Nespresso machine without capsules, etc).

it was very clean and extremely well equipped except for the uncomfortable pillows.

Property is very clean and modern. It has comfortable furniture to accommodate eight people. Also it comes with all the cooking utilities and fire pit. Each bedroom has a shower.

When we visited there were no bath towels nor kitchen towels provided. There were zero basics such as salt/pepper/sugar/soap. No toilet paper!!! We had to buy all of it incl towels in a local shop, which is 30 min away. Although the property is very nice and after contacting the manager regarding complete absence of basic stuff we received a goodie bag the next morning with complimentary bottle of wine, the whole impression was stained.
