We liked the fenced in yard.

When we arrived the place was dirty, dead roaches on the floor , hair in drain of bathroom sink, used hair tie on the bed, a/c did not keep the place cool and kept blowing back stuff all over the bed, used plastic fork on kitchen bar area.
