USWe loved the location as it is close to everything. It’s a quiet area. Clean and comfortable.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property
USThe location and price were excellent. Homeowner was very nice.
Pool was dirty with bugs, dirt ball in the pool. Water level was low (no big deal, I filled the pool). Hair in bathroom. Tiny ants in kitchen (hey, we live in Florida folks!) Didn't like the fact that the living room was dark. Master bedroom had 2 bulbs burned out (tricky looking light shade) or i would have changed the bulbs. Lightning in MB was terrible.
DEEs liegt am Kanal und hat einen Pool. Beim Bett im Masterbedroom kann man die Härte der Matratze verstellen. Es gibt andere Liegen als auf dem Bild. Diese Liegen sind ganz gut. In der Garage gibt es Klappstühle für den Strand. Walmart, Dominos und CVS ist in der Nähe. Zügig ist man in Fort Myers. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig.
Die Bilder der Anzeige sind veraltet und entsprechen nicht mehr vollständig der Realität. Im Essensbereich war nicht gesaugt worden und es lag Dreck. Die Griffe und die Fronten der Schränke in der Küche waren klebrig. Der Grill ist verrostet. Die Eingangstür vom Haus ist rostig.
DEDas Haus und die Lage sind super. Die Klimaanlage und der Pool sind auch sehr gut.
Das Haus könnte mal wieder einen Grundputz vertragen. An der Grundausstattung hat es leider auch etwas gefehlt. (Kein Waschmittel etc. vorhanden)
USUSThe property was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that could have been better was to have decent skillets, but other than that, it had much more than we needed. The pool was a true heated pool, we had some cold nights, and the pool was warm every day. The patio table needs new chairs, but the loungers and the outdoor sofa were good.
DEDer Pool war beheizt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, besonders für unseren kleinen Sohn. Abends noch einmal schwimmen zu gehen war einfach toll. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Größe des Hauses toll.
Die Tischplatte im Pool hat gefehlt und die Sonnenliegen sowie die Sitzecke am Pool waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Tinha cabelo no banheiro, no chão da casa. Na descrição diz que tem utensílios domésticos que já estamos acostumados, porém a dishwasher não estava funcionando. Não tinha detergente para lavar a louça. Eu enviei mensagem ao proprietário que não me respondeu sobre a máquina de lavar pratos. As luzes da cozinha não funcionam completamente e uma cadeira da cozinha está quebrada. O assento afundou para baixo.
