"Brilliant stay visiting family - hopefully see you soon. Thank you"

10.0

Our stay at the Park House Annex was lovely. The Cereals, Orange juice, Milk and fresh flowers were a lovely touch. The location was lovely - and the Pub across the road was excellent - but I advise booking. The hosts were great too :-)

"Craig and Kayla were very welcoming, friendly and helpful."

8.0

Breakfast was ok, with orange juice, cereals, fresh milk.

No tea towel, but we had our own. Shower disappointing as water pressure very poor, also no grab rail or anti-slip mat, and being an OAP with '75 year old hips' care was needed. Didn't mention it as we only spent the nights there and were visiting family every day. Would happily stay there again.

"Lovely little annex"

We didn’t meet the owners but they were quick to respond to emails. Lovely walks in Loggerheads behind the annex.

"Great apartment with a few niggles."

8.0

Stayed before, great location and lovely decor. A welcome food supply was a bonus with not only tea and coffee but cereal, milk and juice as well. The pub opposite does great food.

Although one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in it is let down by that the pillows have seen better days with very little padding. The bathroom towels are small and would be nice to have a third one for drying hair. Also the crockery and cutlery there is only two of everything, not a big issue but don’t always want to be washing up and we have family bear by that could have come round for dinner. We will definitely be going back but would have to bring our own pillows and towels.

"Perfect. Thank you ❤️"

10.0

Everything. Clean and tidy. Well presented. Although we didn’t cook, everything that you could ever need was there. The bed was comfortable and I understand why it has to be a double. Bathroom was perfect including the lovely touch of fresh flowers. Heating was very efficient and quick. It was great to be able to take the dog….and I made sure to dry her feet before going upstairs (and took our shoes off and left them in the ‘porch’.)

We loved the property, if I was to make a suggestion it would be that we would have found the sofa more comfortable if it was a recliner, failing that, a couple of footstools. Although not property related, I would NOT recommend the pub opposite…we took a menu and ordered a couple of drinks…sat at the table selecting our food, went to order, only to be told they had closed the kitchen…it was 5.50!!! Absolutely livid that they hadn’t told us when we picked up the menu from bar person.

"Very comfortable, well furnished and nicely presented. A very pleaseant stay."

9.0

Location was brilliant, next door to the Loggerheads Country Park, perfect for walking our dogs. The annexe is a flat above the garages a couple of parking spaces away from the main house which was great for privacy. It was welcoming with nice little touches like a little vase of flowers in the bathroom, nice-smelling bathroom soap and lotion, a Lindt chocolate on the bed (like you get with turndown service in expensive hotels!) and bottles of milk, orange juice and cold water supplied in the fridge, thank you. Very comfortable and clean. Clear instructions on how to get in which was great, especially as we were late due to an unexpected visit to the vet for stitch repairs before we left. Pub across the road which was handy, although stopped doing food at 8pm, but Mold has a few places to eat in and a Tesco and Aldi for breakfast supplies.

Could do with a cafetiere so we could make decent coffee in the morning. Also a kitchen towel and T-towels as then we could have dried the washing up. I always take my own pillow but wouldn't have liked the synthetic pillows supplied. Perhaps an information folder would help guests who don't know the area - for local pubs, cafes and supermarkets, and how to work the cooker maybe.

"Great location and apartment"

8.0

Great location next to a big park, lots of local walks. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen for self catering. Dog friendly with bowls, blanket, bags.

Only negative is the shower pressure is very weak. Not an issue for us but others may not like: The bedroom size is small but fine for the 2 of us for the weekend as kept clothes in bag. No phone internet in the area but in the apartment they have WiFi, if using maps on phone check routes before leaving etc.
