Apartment with terrace sea view

If the apartment had been great and super comfortable, we would have been tempted to spend more time in it. It doesn't have any windows, two chairs that look comfortable, but aren't, it usually has a tinge of sewer in the air, and the bed isn't comfortable. But the bed isn't uncomfortable, the sewer smell fades, the chairs are fine for a little while, and there's a small balcony for checking the weather, which has been great! We were out in the town, or out hiking, for the best part of every day, and the apartment is fine for sleeping in, or as a base camp for a quick nap. I also liked the location. There's no dedicated parking, but street parking is free in the vicinity, and pretty available. The full sized frig was very clean and much appreciated. There's also an oven and stove top that we didn't use, but were clean and looked serviceable.

The cookware is old, shedding non-stick. I didn't feel comfortable using it for anything except a bowl for produce storage. It would have been nice to be able to cook. I wish that I had brought my camp kitchen. The smell of sewer got pretty bad at times. There aren't any windows to look out of or open for cross ventilation. Obliviously there's not much to be done about that. The toilet seat is flimsy and not tightly affixed. The neighbor explained in Hebrew about the hot water timer, but the host gave us no information about anything other than the location of the key. I requested an early check in via the Booking App, but got no response.

I could bring my dog!!!! (the main reason for staying here) The owner speaks Russian. The property's location in Hadar is excellent, but you can't go anywhere on foot. There is only one falafel place at the end of the street where you can eat. It is a tiny grocery store, and it is very overpriced. The property is at a reasonable price; in my case, for the dates I looked, there were not too many options around. The neighborhood is green. The bed is comfortable, but the shits on it don't match and don't cover good the mattress. The kitchen is a good size for one person but isn't equipped for cooking at all. Looks like there is a washing machine but I didn't use.

There are no extra shits, the one I got was too small, and I had to sleep on a bare mattress. The shower stinks from sewerage. There is minimal parking on the street or next to the roads. The kitchen luck essentials (a few forks, one cup, one tablespoon, a few pans, a baking pan without backing paper or a wooden spoon). The terrace table is broken. There is no light in the apartment, and we found bottle caps under the bed, which I guess means the cleaning isn't very thorough. The apartment has many stairs, which was not a problem, but consider it—there is only one trash bag for all the apartment rooms. No extra towels (one of the 3 I got was an old one from a hotel they probably kept :D ).
